- No limitation on diameter
III) Dished and flanged ends manufactured in sections
- Max. plate thickness 60 mm
- Manufacturing in sections is best applied to large ends where R2 is bigger than 950 mm. The largest end manufactured so far is 46,8 meters in diameter.
- A good alternative for ends manufactured in sections is a hemispherical end, as tooling costs are much lower.
