Laser cutting
For cutting round tubes, tubular beams and sectional steels we have Tube Tech Machinery's 3D CO2 -tube laser with Trumph's laser technology. Suitable materials are carbon, stainless steels. Powerful laser cutting station can handle 14 m long tubular beams and pipes. 3D laser station is suitable for various cutting shapes such as holes, chamfers and pipe fittings. The station has also a reservation for aluminium profile cutting. Laser station occupies 1500 m2 of our production space.
The tube laser operating range:
- round pipe diameters in the range of 40 mm - 407 mm
- tubular beam sizes in the range of 40x40 mm - 300x300 mm
- carbon steel wall thicknesses up to 20 mm
- handling line up to 14 m long pipes and tubular beams
- separate handling line for less than 1.2 m long for end-products
- stainless steel wall thicknesses up to 12 mm.
